FAQ’s

Question: What exactly is the Fat2Fire Boot Camp?

Our Answer: Fat2Fire Boot Camp is a fun, challenging Fat-Burning and Muscle Toning Program based on the well-researched science of maximizing your metabolism. Whether you are fit or not, the program is designed to teach your body how to burn fat and build lean muscle. It is also an experience for all campers that want to feel like they have support within the training environment (trainers & others working out) as well as outside the training environment.  The boot camp classes are group sessions that train together at specific times for a maximum of 45 minutes that is lead by a Certified boot camp instructor.

Question: What type of exercises do you do?

Our Answer:  All exercises are geared toward maximizing your metabolism. Exercise multiple muscles simultaneously = Maximize caloric expenditure and conditioning. The training sessions will consist of mostly multi-joint movements that demand the body to use the bigger, calorie burning muscles (i.e.- legs, hips, and upper body) to help your body become a fat-burning furnace.  Our analogy is that if you want to be a car, would you rather be a fuel efficient car that gets 45 miles per gallon or a gas guzzler?  You want to be a V12, gas guzzling, high powered, fuel (calorie) burning machine.

Question: How many days a week should I come to get results?

Our Answer: For maximum fat burning and fitness level advancement you will need to attend the Fat2Fire boot camps a minimum of 3 days a week. Adding some walking, light calisthenics, tennis, bike riding etc. for 1-2 other days is helpful.

Question: How often do you run the Boot Camp?

Our Answer: The Fat2Fire Boot Camp runs by Phases throughout the year.  Phases can be 4-7 weeks with a week off to recover and recognize holidays, vacation etc.  Please see our Fat2Fire Annual Boot Camp calendar.

They say yes. Well, great, then let’s do it.
