Organic Chick Peas, Organic Cherry tomatoes, Organic Cucumbers, Red Onions (small), with Organic Avocado and a Vinaigrette from Bragg – You can also add “Salad Booster” from LivingIntentions.com (Wegmans) in the dressing!!
Post Workout Protein Shake -
Unsweetened Organic Coconut Milk with High Quality Chocolate Protein Shake (See list in hand out), with 1/4 banana, tsp of raw local organic honey, organic frozen berries (raspberry or strawberry) mix until desired thickness
Post Workout Protein Shake -
Unsweetened Organic Almond Milk with Organic Greek Yogurt Plain, 2 Raw Organic Grass-Fed Eggs (only from this source when eating raw), 1/4 banana, 1-2 tbsp of Organic Apple Butter, Cinnamon. You will not taste the egg, more importantly, the health benefits are extremely high. If you don’t, then use a high quality Protein powder (Vanilla preferred)! Mix until desired thickness.
