I have always had a passion and been actively involved in the Health, Fitness and Sports field. I went to College for Exercise Physiology and then got my first job in Northern NJ at a Premiere Health Club at the time. That opportunity was the beginning of a long and fulfilling journey in the Health and Fitness Business. After that initial job, I was fortunate to work at one of the elite Personal Training Companies in NYC (Waldorf Hotel and Soho). There, we trained many corporate execs, models, actors etc. All great experiences as a newbie to the Personal Training World. From that experience, I decided to go on my own and become an entrepeneur. Through the ups and downs of guiding, educating and training in excess of over 1000 people in the first 10 years or so, I knew there was more than personal training. Even with the success of many of my clients, there was something missing for me as a long time trainer. Then came the world of group training. I realized that I could affect more lives by helping many at a time. I started to train Athletes and Teams and then thought what about helping the many frustrated people out there who work hard and don’t get results.
Then the idea of fat2fire came to me. Although our industry has gone through many changes over the years, for me it has always been about optimal health. Period. So what could all of us do to get healthier, stronger, leaner and achieve a more quality life? Here area few thoughts for you to ponder!
First, we must put ourselves in a position for success. That means choosing a more quality life of family, friends, fitness and spriritual. Second, surround yourself with like-minded people who desire the same things in life. Become a product of your environment. If you live your life with negative, depressed, going nowhere people, that’s what you will become. Be involved with healthier, strong-minded people will help you become that. Third, take advantage of moving the body on a daily basis while feeding it nourishing food for an energetic life. Finally, find someone (expert) who can guide you in that direction of your choice. These are the reasons why I developed the fat2fire bootcamp program. Provide a single solution to the individual who wants to look good, feel good, and live a better, more vibrant life.
There is no better time than RIGHT NOW to start. If the most successful people in the world have a coach, well then it makes sense for you and I.
